Shipping Policy

What are my shipping options?

We ship all of our orders via 3rd party courier. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can see your shipping calculation at checkout.

Ground Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship products only within the Middle East. Countries we ship to include;

UAE, OMAN, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, LEBANON, IRAQ, JORDAN AND EGYPT, QATAR.

How will i know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of goods.

Customer is responsible for following up and tracking their own shipment with 3rd party courier with the tracking number we provided.

Pro Beauty Group is not responsible for any courier or customs delays and customer must contact courier company directly.
